Harman Kardon - Wont charge

I have had my speaker for 1 year now and for some reason it stopped charging and I can't figure out why I have recently took it apart and there is no electricity connection going to the charging part the mother drive inside of the speaker please help me

Harman Kardon - Awaiting replacement for faulty Bluetooth earphones 1 month

I’ve had a dreadful experience which is yet to be resolved after one month waiting and dealing with different customer ‘support’ reps. I will never purchase JBL/ Harman’s Product again. It’s as if they hate their customers based on my experiences to date, not to mention the faulty product that broke after a few months’ use.

Harman Kardon - Worst customer service ever

Ordered 5 pairs of headphones and only received 1. Called in and after being on the phone for over an hour was told that I had to wait 10 days for an investigation. Apparently once the have your money they don't care about their customers
