Harman Kardon - Sam won't come out unless you hold down button any button

Vend NZ January and I've tried minis of times to get this murder solved I took it back to where I got it when I bought it from and they just gave me the website to try and resolve it now when you play it you have to hold down one of the buttons for the sound to come out and you have to hold it the button

Dear My Harman Sub-Woofer started making a very loud "crakling" noise even when music was not playing. The noise was so loud I had to unplug it. I left it at the Harman Distributor in Mauritius, Manilall in Port Louis, and it has been there for two months and no news....

same thing happen to my JBL Bar 3.1, put on "standby mode" after few minute they turn "ON" by itself. make a complain to Harman Kardon but no respond.

I have had my speaker for 1 year now and for some reason it stopped charging and I can't figure out why I have recently took it apart and there is no electricity connection going to the charging part the mother drive inside of the speaker please help me
