Dear Sir To date I have heard NOTHING from Harman Kardon and my problem is still @ 100%. I am trying to order the spare part on my own. Concerned regards

Dear Sir

My Harman Kardon amplifier AVR 360 has been sitting at the local representative (Harman House / Manilall - MAURITIUS) since 18 March 2018, over THREE months, awaiting for spare parts, namely Harman Digital Board CUP 12327 (see attached picture). Mr Sailesh Manilall claims he is not getting the spare parts through the official/proper Harman channel. He advised me to order from France on commandes@mysav.fr which I did to no avail.

I had a similar issue last year with my HDMI board and was finally solved after long months

Please advise where I can buy a Harman Digital Board CUP 12327 so we may repair the amplifier.
